PROVED AT 4728,434. By Telegraph—Preto Association—Copyright London, August 7. The will of tho lato Sir John. Murray Scott, which was tho subject of recent litigation between his brother, Mr. Malcolm Scott, and Lord and Lady Sackville, who benefit under tho will, has been proved at .£728,434. Sir John. Murray Scott willed to Lady Sackvillo, in token of her goodness and sympathy, particularly at the time of his mother's death, .£150,000, pictures and furniture in Paris worth .£350,000, and other valuables. As all were loft free of duty, which amounted to forty per cenl> um, thero is- likely to be little or no residuary estate for the family out of tho total of .£1,180,000. Mr. Malcolm Scott asked tho Court to pronounce, upon the missing oodicil, revoking the bequests to Lady Sackville. Another codicil, dated 1908, provided that if any mombers of the family disputed the will, they would be disinherited. Thero was supposed to have beon a codicil, never found, which materially affected the will. The Court held that tlicro had not been undue influence on tho part of Lady Sackville, and declined to revoke,the bequests.
