MEMORIAL IN HYDE PARK, By Telegraph—Press Asiootatlon-CopyrluM London, August 5. Lord Curzon, who is President of tho Royal Geographipal Society, speaking in tho House of Lords, said it was proposed to erect a national memorial to> Captain Scott and his colleagues on the edge of Hyde Park, opposite the Royal Geographical Society's premises in Kensington Gore. Earl Beauchamp (First Commissioner of Works) replied that it would be necessary to sccuro the Houso of Commons' assent.
