RESTAURANT MURDER IN NEW YORK. By Telegraph—Press Associf.tlon-OoDyriEM New York, August 5. Four men, armed witli guns, ambushed -Richard Rustig, a relative of an employee in tho District Attorney's office, and shot him dead in a restaurant. They escaped in an automobile, after throwing their revolvers on to the street. The police are unablo to find a single clue.
