The police did not attempt to arrest her, though lior license has expired. Tho license was auctioned for £100, and Miss Annie Kenney's for .£ls. INCENDIARY FIRES. London, August 5. The late Sir Georgo Newnes's residence nt Lynton, valued at .£12,000, lias been burned down. Several bombs, traced to Suffragettes, were found. It is suspected that Suffragettes also ignited the Heathdown mansion at TVoldingham. - A gardener and others extinguished tho fire. Tho staircase was destroyed and otlier damage done,
