BANK TO. BANK SHIFTS. By Telegraph—Press Asi>oolation-Copyright (Sydney "Sun" Special.) i London, August 5. The International Miners' Congress at Carlsbad passed a, resolution favouring an interval of sixteen hours between shifts, the maximum number of shifts not to exceed six weekly, the hours of labour in hot and .wet places not to exceed six from bank to bank. The Congress has adjourned for two years.
