TERRITORIALS & SPORTS BODIES. Representatives of tlio different sporta bodies in the city mot the lcrritorial officers last night for tho purpose of (liscus?ing tho question of daylight parades. Colonel Cliaytor presided. Saturdays tliat would bo occupied by the defence authorities were fixed upon as fo) low September 27, October 11, November 1, January 10, February 21, April 4, May 2, and Hay 9. Saturday, l'«bruarv 21, will, be covered by the artillery camp, wliilo May 2 and 9 will be days covered by the infantry camps. ■ Colonel Ohaylor jwinted out that theso dates might not happen to suit the l'etono Artillery. . , Mr. 11. M. I*. Luckio expressed tho - hop* that the dates fixed would bo adhered to belter than they wero last year. Colonel Cliaytor said that he and Colonel Turner could not do much. Iliey could only do their best to soo that tllo dates wero adhered to. • Mr E. 0. Hales thanked tho officers for their attention to the matter and for tho courtesy extended to representatives of tho' sports bodic-s. Colonel Turner stated that they nad fixed every Wednesday following tho Saturdays named for tho convenience of those who could not larade on Saturdays.
