TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] ; WEDNESDAY. Haricot Soup. Boiled Mutton. Parsley Sauce. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Queen Pudding. QUEEN PUDDING. Two } pint breadcrumbs, 1 pint boiling mill;, Hoz. butter, prated rind of 1 lemon, sugar to taste, jam. •Sweeten tlio milk, pour it boiling* on the breadcrumbs, add tho lemon rand and butter. Let it cool, then add the beaten yolks of tho eggs. Butter a pie-dish, and put in the mixture. Bake in a. slow oven till set, but not brown. Then spread over a layer of jam. Beat the whites of the eggs to a firm froth. Mix in 1 teaspoon sugar ami] a little lemon esscnce. Pile on tho pudding, and put into a very slow oven to set and colour. FOR TO-MORROW. Liquor mutton was boiled in'; .cold mutton, suet, applos. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
