Let it cool, then add the beaten yolks of tho eggs. Butter a pie-dish, and put in the mixture. Bake in a. slow oven till set, but not brown. Then spread over a layer of jam. Beat the whites of the eggs to a firm froth. Mix in 1 teaspoon sugar ami] a little lemon esscnce. Pile on tho pudding, and put into a very slow oven to set and colour. FOR TO-MORROW. Liquor mutton was boiled in'; .cold mutton, suet, applos. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
