SPECIAL NOTICES. MIRAMAR BOROUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL , RATE. "|WTOTICE is heroby given that at a - 1 -" Special Meeting of the Miramar Borough Council, held, at tho Council Chambers, King's Chambers, "Wellington, on the 7tli day of July, 1913, it was resolved :— In pursuance and exercise of the powers vosted in it in that behalf by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and any Acts amending the same respectively, and all other Acts, powers, or authorities, if any vested in it, or in any wise enabling it in that behalf, tho Miramar Borough Council doth hereby resolve as follows _ "That for tho purpose of providing tho interest and sinking fund on a Special Loan of Threo thousand pounds (Q3000), authorised to be raised by tho Miramar Borough Council, under tho above-men-tioned Acts, for tho purpose of extension, of tho Sewerago Scheme now in the course of construction, the said Miramar Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Eate of One-twelfth of a penny, in the £ upon tho rateable value on tho basis of tho Unimproved Value of all rateable property within the said Borough, comprising the whole of the said Borough of Miramar, and that such Special Rate shall be annually recurring during the currency of 6uch loan, and bo-payable half-yearly on the First day of Juno and the First day of December in each year and every year during the currency of euch loan, being a period of Twenty-six (2G) years, computed from tho First day of December, 1912, or until the loan is fully paid off." The above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meet ing of the Council, to be held on THURSDAY, tho 14th day of AUGUST, 1913, at 7.30 p.m., at the Town Hall, Miramar. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECUL RATE. is hereby given that at a -Li Special Meeting of tho Miramar Borough Council, held at the Council Chambers, King's Chambers, Wellington, on the 7th day of July, 1913, it was resolved :— Iu pursuance and exercise, of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and any Acts amending tho same respectively, and all other Acts, powers, or authorities, if any vested in it, or in any vise enabling it in that behalf, tho Miramar Borough Council doth hereby resolve as follows: — "That for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund on a Special Loan of Six thousand pounds (.£6000), authorised to be raised by the Miramar Borough Council, under the above-men-tioned Acts, for the purpose of extension of the Sowerage Scheine now in tho course of construction, tho said Miramar Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of One-sixth of a penny in the Pound (£) upon tho Tateablo value on the basis of' the Unimproved Valuo of all rateablo property within the said Borough, comprising the wlioh, of the paid Borough of Miramar, and that such Special Rate shall be annually recurring during tho currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the First day of June and the First day of December in each and every year during tho currency of Mich loan, being a period of Twenty-six (26) years, computed from the First day of December, 1912, or until the loan is fully paid off."'
