GERMAN FLAG BURNT.

By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, August 1. Dockers and burgees at Nancy wero incensed at the German flag being'flown from a tourists' yacht, and tore down the Hag and carried it off. Tho Germans appealed to the French authorities, and a strong forco of police and gendarmos was sent to guard tho yacht. Several men who confessed to burning the flag were arrested.
