Present indications aro tor increasing northerly winds, with unsettled and cloudy weather and rain Drobablc generally. The barometer will probably fall low in the south, for a -westerly 1 area of low pressure nqw aoproaching tho Dominion. A decrease in barometric pressure has taken nlace everywhere, and gloomy weathere is reported generally, with drizzling rain and fog in many parts.
