A ROMAN CATHOLIC BILL.
The ttomnn Catholic Archbishoo Empowering Bill proposes to enable tho Roman Catholic Archbishop of Wellington to sell and dispose of certain lands in the towns of Feathcrston and Corterton. and to devote the proceeds of tho sale of tho Featherston kuids in or towards the purchase of other lands situate in the samo town and the erection of buildings thereon, and to apply the proceeds of tho sale of the Carterton lands towards liquidation of the debt, on other properties in that town now used for church purposes end ercctinx further buildings thereon.
