Orders lvava been received from England that tho Now Zealand is to call at Halifax, Nova Scotia, before returning Home. Captain Halsoy describes the welcome accorded at Vancouver as ono of tlio greatest of the entire tour. VANCOUVER EN FETE. (Reo. July 29, 10.15 p.m.) Vancouver, July 28.
