Tlio polling booths «t 145 l'VvitJicrston Street, city, and tho Eastbourne Hall, Orun Street, Eastbouoe, will bo open from !) a.in. to 1 p.m. In connection with Hid poll, the Eastbourne Harbour Association litis issued a circular, statins ihc reasons tor its sap. port of tho loar. proposal.
