NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Heeling of the Miramar Borough Council, held' at the Council Chambers, lung's' Chambers, Wellington, on the 7th day of July, 1913, it was resolved:— In pursuance and exercise of the powers vostcu in it in that behalf by "Tha Municipal Corporations Act, ISWS,'' '"ihe Local ■ Bodies Loans Act, 1308," and any Acts amending the same' rsspeotively, and all other Acts, powers, or authorities, if any vested in it, or in any wise enabling it in that bohaif, the Mirauiar Borough Council doth hereby resolvo as follows "That for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund on a Special Loan of Three thousand pounds (Q3000), authorised to be raised by the Miramar Borough Council, uuder the above-men-tioned Acts, for the purpose of extension of tho Sewerage Scheme., liow in the course of construction, the said Miramar Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of One-twelfth of a penny in the ,6 upon the rateable value on the basis of the Unimproved Value of all rateable property within the said Borough, comprising the whole of the said Borough of Miramar, and that such Special Bate shall be annhally recurring during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly oil the First day of Juno and the First day of December in each year and every year during the currency of such loan, being a-period of Twenty-six (2G) years, computed from the First day of December, 1912, or until the loan is fully paid off."
