CATHOLIC FEDERATION.
The Dominion Executive of the New Zealand Catholic Federation held its first meeting on Sunday in St. Patrick's Hall. Each diocese has three representatives, and each dioccse was represented, and the whole of the Provisional Escutive, which has held oliice up to date, was present, together with Coadjutor-Archbishop O'Shea, and a number of the clergy. The revision and constitution was completed, and a number of minor matters attended to. The meeting adjourned until yesterday, when the Dominion Executive, as a. branch of the Dominion Council, was elected, and officers appointed.
