RESULTS OF COMPETITION. Sr TefceraDh—Press Aflßociation—Couj'rlehl , London, Jnly 27. The Photographic Society of New South Wales won the Amateur Photographers' competition. The editor of the "Journal" states that the collective entry shows, a great advance, and reaches a notably high average. The individual awards were: - Silver plaques, N. C. Deck and Harold Chasneaux, New South Wales; Gerald E. Jones, New Zealand. Bronze plaques: J. S. Steuing, H. C. Dreyer, C. L. Newman, and J. W. Hunter, Now South Wales; J. Williams, Melbourne.
