The "Law Journal," comilienting on the recent'visit of the jurymen in the SeottSackville will case to v Knole Hous&—a visit paid at the invitation of Mr. Malcolm Scott, plaintiff in the action—remarks that the incident is an unpleasant development of jury trials. "Such poor taste," says the "Journal," "is likely to influence jurymen in similar cases, and creating suspicions likely to diminish'the public's regard for the administration of justice."
