IN VICTORIAN ASSEMBLY. Melbourne, July 25. Tho censure debate and the Legislative Assembly have ■ been adjourned till Tuesday next. Mr. M'Leod's motion is the outooino of a split in tho Liberal party regarding certain points of policy. Mr. Watt (tho Premier) refuses a compromise. Mr. M'Leod anticipates that by tho combined forces of tho Country and Labour parties ho will defeat the Government. Mr. Watt, on tho other hnnd, expects that the country party will not vote solid, and that he will secure a small majority.
