LIVES FOR HALF AN HOUR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, July 23. The resuscitation of a hanged negro is reported from Starke, Florida. The man (ALitchell) murdered another negro, and was sentenced to death and hanged, the body being suspended for half an hour. The county gaol physicians declaring the man to be dead, he was placed in a •coffin, but revived and lived for half a day, and then suddenly expired. ■
