RUSSIA MOVES

RAILWAYS COMMANDEERED FOR TROOPS. BULGARS SUE FOR PEACE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sofia, July 22. Communication has boon restored with Adrianople. Tho report of tho Turkish occupation is denied. When Enver Bey's oavalry and irregulars appeared in the neighbourhood, the Bulgarian oivil authorities fled. The Government then ordered them to return to Adrianoplo and other plaoes in Thrace. Constantinople, July 22. It is officially announced that Enver Boy entered Adrianople to-day, and that tho Bulgarians blew up the ammunition depots. Tha Turks have also occupied Kirk Kilisso. (Rec. July 23, 11.-lfl p.m.) The re-occupation of Adrianople has aroused great enthusiasm. Hadji Adil Bey has been appointed VaLi of Adrianoplo, an appointment which is regarded as proof of the Government's intention to remain there. St. Petersburg, July 23. The Russian Government is credited with tho intention of insisting upon Turkey's evacuation of Adrianople at all costs.- It has, further, advised the Bessarabian and Danubian railway administration that their systems must bo held at the exclusive disposition of tho military authorities.

Three divisions of the Caucasus army are concentrating on tho Anatolian frontier. PEACE NEGOTIATIONS BEGUN. (Rec. July 23, 11.40 p.m.) Sofia, July 23. M. Ghenadieff (Bulgarian Foreign Minister), in a statement to the Sobranje, stated that tho Government, at Russia's invitation, had begun negotiations with Servia and Greece, and was 'hopeful of a satisfactory settlement. Tho Bulgarian troops did not offer any resistance to the Turks, but evacuated Adrianople after blowing up some of the Government buildings. (Rec. July 23, 11.40 p.m.) London, July 23. The Bulgarian Legation in London has published a categorical denial of the atrocities alleged against tho Bulgarian troops, and furnishes a lengthy list of Greek outrages.
