SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications' aro for strong eouth to south-easterly winds, with cold, equally, and showery weather. The barometer 1 is still risintr unsteadily, but is likely to Ti3e fast soon, ajid become hisrh in the near future. Strong southerly winds have prevailed, but decreased with a general improvement i!n the weather. The barometer has had a rising tendency, but made little movement to-day. c BATES.
