ARABS DEFEATED.
ITALY'S TRIPOLITAN WAR. Ry Telegraph—P-rbs' Association—Conyriehl (Sydney "Sun" Special—July 22, 6.5' p.m.) Tripoli, July 22. The Italian troops operating in Tripoli have defeated with great loss a forco of 2000 Arab tribesmen, seized their camp at Mranac, and captured a gun and largo quantities of arms, ammunition, and provisions.
