[Specially Written for The Dominion.] ■WEDNESDAY. White' vegetable fout>. Haricot of mutton. Potatoes. Cabbage, Treaelo taxi. HARICOT OP MUTTON. Nock of mutton. 2!b.j one tablespoon flour, one small carrot, one small turnip, a little celery, one tablespoon dripping, ono onion, 0110 tablespoon tomato sauce, one pint stock or water, salt and pepper to taste. Cut th.9 meat into neat pieces, trim off the fat. Slice the vegetables. Melt the dripping in a saucepan, dredgo the moat with the flour, fry a nice brown in the dripping; lift out of the pan; fry tlie vegetables a little, then put nil the ingredients into the saucepan and simmer for an tour and a half. TOE TO-MORROW. Stock. Half-pint peas soaked' overnight. 2lb. veal cutlets. Bacon. Apples. Suet. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
