SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Brosottt indications oxe for high westerlies, changing to a heavy southerly gale, in most parts of the Dominion. Tho barometer is unsteady at tho present, but will probably rise fast everywhere soon. CoGd and equally weather prevailing, with heavy showers generally. Snow oil higher levels, and hi.il and sleet ait times in the south. Bain has fallen in most porta of the Dominion with high northerly winds changing to westerlitß.
