["Specially Written for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Vegetable Soup. Irish Stew. Potatoes. Vegetable Marrow, Apple Pie. SUNDAY, Artichoke. Cream. Soup. Roast Turkey. Rolls of Bacon. Bread Sauce. Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts. Lemon Tart. Apple Snow. FOR SUPPER. Mould of Sheep's Tongues. Salad. Charlotto Russo, Lemon Cheese 'llartlets. CHARLOTTE RUSSE. Savoy bisouits, i pint cream, Joz. gelatine, i tablespoons jnilk, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, oastor sugar to taste, glacecherries or lomon jelly coloured red to ornament the mould. Take a plain round tin mould whioh has stood in cold water, lino it with savoy biscuits which must be trimmed and fitted close together. Thoy must bo long enough to reach right to tho bottom of the mould. Ornament the bottom of tho mould with glace cherries or jelly; thoy must bo quite set before tho cream is put in. Put 2 tea6poans of castor sugar in a basin with the lemon juice; on this pour tho cream, add moro sugar if required, then whisk well; last of all stir in the gelatine, which must bo dissolved in tho milk. Nearly' fill the mould with the cream, cover with sponge cake and 6et in a cold placo till ready to turn out. Deflano# Butter. All Grooerß*
