Bryan, United States Secretary of State, declaring that lie is unable to live on <£2100 a year, is starting on a lecturing tour. It is stated that Mr. Bryan's decision that it will be necessary to add to his salary by lecturing will cost him thousands of votes at future elections. Ho has always posed as a champion of tho poor Western voters, who will now hold that their idol has been corrupted by the effete East.
