TO-DAY'S DINNER.

[Specially Written for Tub Dominion.] FRIDAY. Lentil Soup. Curried Lobster. Boiled Rice. Potatoes. Marmalade Pudding. Sweet Sauce. CURRIED LOBSTER. One onion (minced), 1 small apple (minced), 1 tomato, 1 mushroom (if in season), loz. butter, 1 tablespoon ground rice, -J tablespoon curry powder t 1 teaspoon chutney, thp juice of A lemon, milk i pint, salt to taste, 1 lobster. Jlince the onion, apple, tomato and mushroom. Fry in tho butter a light brown, then add the ground rice, and curry powder, add tho milk gradually, adding the salt and chutney. Simmer 20 minutes. Put through a sieve. Return to saucepan, add tho lobster broken in small pieces and tho lemon juice. Serve with a border of rice. FOR SATURDAY. Stock. Vegetables. Neck of Mutton. Apples. Pastry. FOR SUNDAY. Artichokes. Stock. One Turkey. Breadcrumbs. Bacon. Pastry. Sheep's tongues. Sponge fingers. Lemon cheese. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
