4 SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications aro for freshening northerly, winds generally, misty and oloudy weather incfeasing for a change , in weather conditions and a' falling barometer everywhere shortly. Strong westerly winds, with, gales in parts, prevailed on Wednesday, but the barometer rose afterwards and fair to cloudy weather, with moderate-winds, has prevailed to-day. D. 0. BATES.
