OWNERS' ERROR OF JUDGMENT. Tolceranh-Proi! A.uocialion—CoovrlrM London, July 15. The Board of Trade inquiry into the loss of tho steamer Mountoswald, with twenty-four hands, in February, 1912, on its voyage from Baltimore to Hamburg with a cargo of grain, lvas concluded. 11l its judgment, tho Court said4t was unable to attribute the vessel's loss to the owners' neglect, but considered that thero lmd been nn error of judgment.
