VALUE OF "DEFIANT DEEDS." By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, July 15. Mrs. Pankhurst returned to her apartments, and is now under surveillance. Several Suffragette sympathisers were fined for participation in tho Pavilion melee. Mrs. Pankhurst, in her speeh at the Pavilion, declared (states a Sydney "Sun" special cablegram) that a defiant deed was of greater value than thousands of words, and she was determined to do the deed.
