TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] THURSDAY. ' Mutton Broth. Stewed Tripp. Mashed Potatoes. Spinach. Boiled Apple Pudding. Cream. STEWED TKIPE. One pound tripe, 1 large onion, 1 pint milk, 1 teaspoon salt, J teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon flour. Cut the tripe in nicesized pieces, place in a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook till quite lender, strain oft' the water, and cover the tripe with the milk, add the onion minced (par-boiled if preferred) and seasoning. Simmer half an hour. Mix the flour with a little cold milk, pour some of the hot milk,on it, stir it all into the tripe. Boil a few minutes; serve garnished with strips of toast. FOE TO-MOEROW. Stock. Half pint Lentils soaked overnight. Crayfish. Curry powder. Apple. Marmalade. Suet. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
