The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report:—At Ilimatangi, on Monday, wo had a- good entry of sheep and cattlc, the latter including a number of dairy cows, and have to report a very good eale at the following prices:—Sheep: Store ewes, Bs. 6d.; mixed t'heep, 14s. Id.; mixed hoggets, 123. 4d. to 145.; woolly ewe lambs, 13s. lid. to Ks. 6d.; mixed-age ewos in lamb, 15s. 7d.; two-tooth owes in lamb, 16s. 6d. Cattle: Old cows, £1 15s. to £2; Btoro cows, £3 Is. to £3 fc>.; fat cows, £5 to £6 14a.; cows in milk. £3 2s. 6d. to £5 2s. 6d.; dairy cows, £5 to £6; others, £6 15s. to £7 17s. 6d.; and from £9 to £10. Messrs. Williams and Kettle, Ltd., report having held their fortnightly sale at WoodvlHe on July 14. when the a total clearance of their entry, at prices in favour of vendors. Two, four, six, and f.m. ewee in lamb, 18$. 2d. to 18?. 3d.: old ewes in lamb, 125.; fat ewes, lfo. to 16a. 5d.; m.s. hoggets, shorn, lis. 4d.; cull lambs, 6s. 5d.; empty cows, 30s. to £3 55.: weaner steers, £1 175.; fat cows, light, £6 25.; springing heifers, to £7 6«.; springing cows. £6.
