It is reported that a man named Stilwell, who is a prisoner in Sing Sing Gaol, has revealed to Mr. Whitman, tho District Attorney, tho existence of graft scandals, implicating 150 Senators and~ Congressmen. Ho asks a pardon as his reward for informing.
