SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for moderate to ■ strong westerly winds, changing to increasing northcrlies to-morrow, with a falling barometer for a westerly disturbance, likely to pass in tho south during the latter part of the week. Showery weather probable on. tho West Coast and southernmost districts, and increasing cloudiness generally, proceding ' an ■ unfavourable chango in. weather conditions. Moderate to strong west to south-westerly windo have prevailed with changeable weather, occasional showers having fallen in most parts of the Dominion. Carterton, July 16—The weather is fine, but cold. Featherston, July 15.—Fitfe and bright. ■ Greytewn, July 15.—Heavy rain fell last night, followed by a beamitiful day. Jfasterton, July 15.—Bain fell last night, but h. bright day followed.
