MR. BEEBY'S NEW PARTY.
IN NEW SOUTH WALES POLITICS. By Tel»eraph.—Press Association—CourrtehV Sydney, July 14. A now Parliamentary party, called tlio National Progressives, of which Mr. Beeby (v?ho resigned from the Ministry eomo months ago) is president, has adopted a platform, including submission to a referendum of amendments to the Commonwealth Constitution, Stato Parliamentary Reform (embracing preferential voting and proportional representation), Inodification of party Government, land and railway development, decentralisation, improvement of industrial legislation, national insurance against sickness and unemployment, a superannuation scheme for all public servants, expansion of educational facilities, and anti-trust legislation.
