fSpflciftlly Written for Tub Dominion.] TUESDAY. ' Haricot Soup, Pickled Pork. Mashed Potatoes. Carrots. Parsnips. Baked Cottage Pudding. . BAKED COTTAGE PUDDING. Flour, two tcaoupfuls; suet, one teacupful; sugar, ooio teacupful; milk, ono teacupful; one egg; half-teaspoon carbonate of soda; ono teaspoonful oream of tartar; raisins or currants, halMeacup; grated rind of half a lemon. Shred and chop the suet finely, clean one cupful of the raisins. Dissolve the 6odn in a littlo warm milk. Mix all the (try ingredients, rub the suot. in very well, all the egg (well _ beaten), then tho milk and soda. Pour into a welligreased Yorkshire pudding tin, and bake m a moderate oven for about half an hour. Try with a skewer to test if cooked. Servio with sweet sauce. FOR TO-MORROW.
