Baked Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts. Pig Pudding, Sweet Molted Butter. SUPPER. Cold Beef. Salad. Applio Pie, Cream, YORKSHIRE PUDDING. One egg, ill). Hour, £ pint milk, pinch of salt. Mix the flour and salt together. Mako a well, and break in tho egg. Add a little of tho milk, and mix to a thick i batter. Boat for ten minutes. Add the rest of tho milk, and allow it to stand for at least two hours. Put threo tablespoonsful of dripping from the meat into a Yorkshire meat-tin. Pour in the batter, and cook for 20 minutes in a quick oven.
