TSpecially .Written for The Dominion.] SATUIIDAY. Vegetable Soup. Curried Chops. Potatoes, Spinach. Stewed I'ruit.' Sago l'uddiug. Cream, SUNDAY. Artichoke Soup. Sirloin of Beef. Yorkshire Pudding. Baked Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts. Pig Pudding, Sweet Molted Butter. SUPPER. Cold Beef. Salad. Applio Pie, Cream, YORKSHIRE PUDDING. One egg, ill). Hour, £ pint milk, pinch of salt. Mix the flour and salt together. Mako a well, and break in tho egg. Add a little of tho milk, and mix to a thick i batter. Boat for ten minutes. Add the rest of tho milk, and allow it to stand for at least two hours. Put threo tablespoonsful of dripping from the meat into a Yorkshire meat-tin. Pour in the batter, and cook for 20 minutes in a quick oven.
