The plaintiffs wcro Jo'hn Bollard and others, trustees of the will. Tho defendants wero Alfred Bolcher and Ilen.ry Ernest Belcher, two sons of tho deceased. Mr. E. P. Hadfield appeared for tlio plaintiffs (tho trustees); Mr. C. I'. Skerrott, K.C., with Mr. G. H. Fell, appeared for the defendants, while Mr. T. Cotter,. K.C., of Auckland, with Mr. J. C.
