' London, July 91 Mr. Meaxd, a representative of tho New York "Sun," arrived at Paddington Station at 2 o'clock in the morning. He was unable to get a bed,'and during the next two hours, he paid many visits. He did the Westminster Cathedral in three minutes, had breakfast, called at the Mansion House, visited tha House of Commons, saw St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tower Bridge, and caught; the 4.30 a.m. train for Paris. , His future time-table is: Berlin, July 9; St. Petersburg, July 12; Vladivostock and Yokohama, July Victoria, August 2; New York, August 6.
