SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds generally, with cold and showery weather. The barometer shows a rising tendency, but is still unsteady. The barometer has been very unsteady and the weather changeable, considerable rain falling on the West Coast and in Southland.
