ALLOCATION AND. OTHER PAR. TICULARS. ■The Minister for Finance (the Hon. .Tas. Allen) yesterday submitted to the House of Representatives the following particulars of the Tecent three-million loan, and its allocation:— ' • £ State Coal Mines 50,000 Public works 1,648,200 Advances to settlers 325,000 Advances to workers 150,000 Land for settlement ' 400,000 Local authorities 475,000 Redemption of debentures 451,800 Charges and expenses of ,£3,000,000 loan '. 100,000 The sections of tho loan were raised as follow:— Rate of Price Date. inter- real- Curraised.
