THREATENING A MAGISTRATE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Allahabad, July 8. Mr. Nelson, the magistrate, dealing with tho Barisal and Dacca conspiracy case, has received a letter threatening to murder him if ho does- not give up tho case and return to England. The letter adds: "We vowed to the Goddess Kals to kill as many sahibs as we can."
