TO-DAY'S DINNER.

[Specially Written for The Dominion'.] THURSDAY. Spinach Soup. Ve?l and Ham Pie, Potatoas. Cauliflower. Steamed Sultana Pudding. Sweet Melted Butter, VEAL AND HAM PIE. Cut about lib. of neck or fillet of veal into stripes, slico from two to four hardboiled eggs, aid cut some nice bacon into strips; roll them up and put a layer of hard egg, then some pieces of veal, rolls of bacon, and sonio forcemeat tails, sprinkle in a dessertspoonful of chopped parsley, half a teaspoonful chopped lemonpeel, n littlo salt and pepper; fill up the piedish, add half a teacup of stock, then mako some good pastry; wet the edge of tho piedish, line with a strip of pastry wot again, put on the lid of pastry and press round insido tho edge, mark, make a hole in the top, decorate with pastry Icaves, brush over with egg; brown the pastry slightly, then put tho pio in the coolest part of tho oven, with a greased paper over it to keep it from burning; cook slowly about one and a half hours. A veal kidney, sliced, is very nice mixed with the other ingredients in this pie.
