For the past two years we have successfuly treated such cases as follow 9! lAs toon as symptoms appear, two to four tablespoonfula of castor oil are mixed with one-half j)int of milk and given to the calf. -This is; followed nr four to six Oiours by one teaspoonful of a mixture of. ■one part salol and two parts sub-nitrate of bismuth. This dose can also be given with one-half pint; of. now .milk, or the powder can be placed on the -tonguo and .washed down by a small amount of milk.
