The amendment wag lost by 352 votes to 243, and the Bill read a third time without division, amid Ministerial chcers and counter-cheers. ULSTERMEN IN ARMS. PARADE OF TWO THOUSAND. (Sydney "Sun" Special.) (Rec. July 8, 6.50 p.m.) London, July 8. At the first parade of two thousand Ulster volunteers at Belfast the men pledged themselves to go anywhere in Ireland if their services were required, even upon the passage of the Home Rule Bill.
