• SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications aro for increasing cloudiness generally, weather somewhat milder in temperature. The winds aro likely to change Boon to northern, and increase for a atorm area, which <ld* pears to be approaohine from the westward, and due in the south about Wednesday night; the barometer falling everywhere soon. The wlnda changed to strong sontherlleß on Saturday, with cold and showery weather, but oonditlons improved generally on Sunday Hie barometer rose everywhere on Saturday, and has been slightly over normal.
