HAGERTY & "HOCK" KEYS. The Men Compared. Four inches of height, four pounds of weight, years of experience of riiiff contests with the top-liners of the light division, tho moral effect of half a hundred victories—this was tho handicap conceded by "Jim" Eagerly to "Hock" Keys on Thursday night.. At least, this was tho handicap "011 paper"—whether or not the advantago was more apparent than real seems to be best answered by the outcome of the contest as given by Mr. Sampson—a draw. Against these seeming odds tho Timaru boy stacked his youth, ambition, strength, aggressiveness, durability, stamina, his punch, and his no small measure of skill. And these contributes were at least sufficient—and this comparison tells the story of the battle.
