SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for fitrong northerly winds, changing by west to high southorlies, after from about 24 to 36 hoars. Cloudy and unsettled, weather with rain is probable generally. The barometer liaa a falling tendency everywhere, but is duo to rise after from 24 to 36 hours, when a cold change may bo expected. Cloudy weather with misty rain has been reported generally. The winds moderating and becoming light and variable to-day. The bnrometer h<i6 fallen everywhere.
