Oil the motion of the solicitor to the Public Trust Office, the Supreme Court has granted to the Public Trustee probate of the wills of the following deceased persons:—John Willoughby . Barleyinan, late of luiponga, farmer; Richard Ching, late of New Plymouth, farmer; Henry Edward Beattie, late of Taihape, ex-ser-geant of police; David O'Donoghue, late of Napier, cab proprietor; Diana Gibson, late of Wauganui, widow; Francis Simliionds, late of Auckland, labourer; Agnus Strain, late of Milburn, widow; arid William Thomas, lat? of Orari Gorge, farmer.
