Oil the motion of the solicitor to the Public Trust Office, the Supreme Court has granted to the Public Trustee probate of the wills of the following deceased persons:—John Willoughby . Barleyinan, late of luiponga, farmer; Richard Ching, late of New Plymouth, farmer; Henry Edward Beattie, late of Taihape, ex-ser-geant of police; David O'Donoghue, late of Napier, cab proprietor; Diana Gibson, late of Wauganui, widow; Francis Simliionds, late of Auckland, labourer; Agnus Strain, late of Milburn, widow; arid William Thomas, lat? of Orari Gorge, farmer. Probate of the wills of the following has been granted to the Public Trustee as the appointee of the executors James Howard, late of Nelson, ex-surveyor; James M'Kendrick Jack, late of Christchurch, bootmaker; William M'Leod, late of Sandhills, miner; and Alexander Milne, late of Kae's Junction, farmer; Administration lias been granted to the Public Trustee by the Supremo Court in respect of the. estates of the following deceased intestate persons:—Ann Maria Bromley, late of Johusonville, married woman; Annie Harper, late of Burwood, married woman; Robert Edward King, late of Wellington, mechanic; Alexander Thompson, late of Wellington, stonemason ; John Boggs, late of Taumarunui, labourer; William Henry Garveth, late of liongwood, sawmill hand; Donald M'Ka.v, late of Lower Eiccarton, carpenter; Patrick M'Mannom, late of Golden Bar, labourer; William Miller, late of Auckland, labourer; Arthur Clark Minns, late of Wcstport, nightwatchman; John Mercer, late of Port William, fisherman; William Oakley, late of Rotorua, enrpenter; Edwin John Rands, lite of Te ICuiti, surfaceman; and Edmund Henry Turlcy, late of .Fitzherbert, blacksmith. Orders (as under) were made by the Court in respect of the following estates: —J. C. Gordon, order to sell; E. Robans, order to borrow.
