Waipori, early yesterday. Tlio cvidcnco showed that (ha (wo men had boon drinking together, Ranks alleged that ho was getting into liis bunk when accused came behind and Klablxd liini in (.ho baek. hi the scuffle Banks received threo other stalls, necessitating three stitches in tho head and tlireo in tho arm. Accused pleaded guilty, and said that ho wns drunk, and did not remember anything. He was committed for sentence.
